Jan 2023 – Present
Lead designer across two interconnected B2B SaaS platforms, with full ownership over research, design systems, and delivery. Built a fully tokenized, multi-platform design system and redesigned internal and partner-facing flows — AI-assisted candidate profiles, AI Matching, Opportunity Workspace, and In-App Hiring — while integrating AI into my own design process.
Jun 2022 – Jan 2024
Led a team of 6 UX/UI designers across two product verticals that had been operating independently. Drove adoption of an existing design system, redesigned the Buyflow and Registration/Login experience, and established recurring cross-team ceremonies to keep decisions aligned.

Led design across the streaming platform (web, mobile, Smart TV), unifying three independently-built UIs under one design system and defining a new visual identity. Redesigned the live TV experience around an in-player programming grid, Reverse EPG, and forward scheduling.
Apr 2019 – May 2020
Designed the migration of FOX Play users to Star+ across web, mobile, OTT, Smart TV, Apple TV, and connected devices. Defined the UX strategy and coordinated an external team under Disney's quality standards.

End-to-end design of FOX Play (streaming) on mobile, OTT, Smart TV, and web across all of Latin America. Led the full research process and built the company's first UI kit, then redesigned onboarding, login, and subscription into a new DTC flow.
